- Remaining balance MUST be paid 40 days prior to departure and non-refundable regardless of the reason.
- Failure to secure full payment on the due date will subject to USD 2 penalty per day per person
- For E-Visa: Approval is guaranteed as long as no previous denial and no bad record in the embassy.
- For Normal Visa processing: If the visa gets Denied, USD 200 deposit is non-refundable. Regardless of the reason. (AMERIK Travel does not guarantee Visa Approval. Approvals are still consul’s discretion for Normal Visa processing.) And If fully paid, the remaining except forfeited non-refundable deposit goes to travel fund. It can be used after 3 months up to 2 years. For regular visa processing only.
- Offloaded passengers by the immigration shall not receive any refunds from the unused segments.
- Itinerary may change depending on the local situation and weather conditions.
- The agency has the right to charge and to refuse the guests who are not following the given terms and conditions.
