Booking Terms & Conditions
Please Read Carefully before confirming you reservation
By confirming a booking with Amerik Travel LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
These policies are designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and smooth travel arrangements for all clients.
1. Agency Role
- Amerik Travel LLC acts solely as a travel agent and intermediary between clients and independent travel suppliers. These suppliers may include, but are not limited to, airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation providers, and other service providers.
- Amerik Travel LLC does not own, control, or operate these suppliers and is therefore not responsible for the acts, omissions, or performance of these third-party providers.
2. Bookings and Pricing
• Reservations are considered confirmed only after payment is received and supplier confirmation has been issued.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is fully confirmed or tickets have been issued.
• Availability of flights, hotels, and tour services cannot be guaranteed until the reservation is finalized.
3. Payments
• A deposit or full payment may be required to secure travel arrangements.
• Payment deadlines must be met to avoid automatic cancellation.
• Clients are responsible for bank charges and currency exchange differences.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
• Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the individual travel suppliers.
• Certain bookings may be non-refundable, non-transferable, or subject to penalties.
• Refund processing times vary depending on the supplier and payment method used.
• Service fees charged by Amerik Travel LLC may be non-refundable.
5. Changes and Corrections
- Requests for name corrections, itinerary changes, travel date modifications, or rebookings are subject to supplier policies. Additional charges, penalties, and fare differences may apply.
- Amerik Travel LLC will assist in processing these requests but cannot guarantee approval from suppliers.
6. Travel Document Responsibility
• Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring they possess the necessary valid passports, visas, transit permits, vaccination records, and other required travel documentation.
• Amerik Travel LLC is not responsible for denied boarding, entry refusal, or travel disruptions resulting from incomplete, expired, or incorrect travel documents.
7. Travel Insurance
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers. Insurance coverage may protect against unexpected events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, travel delays, accidents, or lost baggage.
- Amerik Travel LLC is not responsible for financial losses resulting from unforeseen circumstances when travel insurance is not obtained.
8. Schedule and Service Changes
- Travel suppliers may modify flight schedules, routes, accommodation arrangements, or other services at any time due to operational requirements.
- While Amerik Travel LLC will assist in communicating and coordinating changes, we are not liable for schedule adjustments or service changes made by third-party providers.
9. Events Beyond Our Control
- Amerik Travel LLC shall not be held responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters
• Government regulations or restrictions
• Pandemics or public health emergencies
• Labor strikes or transportation shutdowns
• Political unrest or security concerns In such situations, supplier policies will determine available alternatives, credits, or refunds.
10. Client Conduct
- Travelers are expected to comply with local laws, travel regulations, and supplier policies throughout the duration of their trip.
- Amerik Travel LLC reserves the right to refuse service or cancel bookings in cases involving unlawful, abusive, or disruptive behavior.
Important Notice
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers to protect against unforeseen travel disruptions and financial losses.
